A methodological note

The list of prices of 2010 deals with economic land transactions prices. These prices, exclusive from tax, correspond to the prices of actual transactions. They are established from an exhaustive survey addressed by ANIREF to all administrative and professional sources. The reference period of the observed transactions that represents the base 100 of indexes corresponds to 2008. Read more ...

  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday. Bank counters close at 3p.m whereas post offices and register offices close at 6p.m.
  • Work hours: 8.00 a.m till 16.30 p.m.
  • National holidays:
    • National Independence Day: July 5th .
    • Celebration of the outbreak of the liberation war: November 1st.
    • Labor Day: May 1st.
    • New Year’s day: January 1st .
    • Religious holidays depend on the lunar calendar (feast of the end of Fast-2days-, sacrifice feast-2days-, Islamic New Year, Achoura, day of the prophet’s nativity.
    • Time zone: GMT+1.
