Welcome to all !

ANIREF tailors its new website to its new missions!

ANIREF website has entered its fourth year. A very short period indeed, but a remarkable development in the life of the Agency. ANIREF is booming and is experiencing a new challenge.. Read more ...

From its inception, the agency has set a goal which is to contribute to the emergence of a regulated and transparent economic land market in the service of investment.

Since then, it has always worked to attain this goal. It did so through the management of concession transactions of the land assets it had been entrusted to manage.  It has also pursued this goal by the observation of the economic land market, the census of the national availabilities and a reflection on the issue of matching supply / needs.

But it mainly developed an ongoing communication towards all stakeholders of the land market, investors in particular.

The Agency has used the appropriate communication media, those that can reach all the partners. They include: direct meetings, the mailings and the call center. But the website has undoubtedly been the agency’s most essential vehicle for communication.

The presence of the website on the web and the easiness of access were causes for satisfaction and the monitoring of its audience a main concern; but it was at the same time the insurance that we were on the right track.

However, our website has to evolve in order to integrate the new mission of the Agency.

This is an opportunity to inform our partners and the public interested of this mission.

By the decision of the Council of Ministers of February 22, 2011, a new approach is adopted: the creation of new industrial parks, the concession of land by the formula of the mutual agreement by the CALPIREFs and the implementation of a policy of prices reduction according to the targeted regions. The new approach will support industrial investment and improve the attractiveness of these regions.

The resolution made  by the National Council for Investment on April 19, 2011, entrusted ANIREF with the development of 36 industrial parks. This important decision for investment in our country also represents a significant new challenge for the Agency.

The Agency has already tackled the mission by conducting feasibility studies on the development of industrial parks. This work has helped designing the industrial park of the future and assessing its cost.

It has also led the exhilarating work of animation and synergizing all stakeholders -national institutions and local authorities- .

As for the first website, the Agency will privilege the information of the public. This new communication aims at providing information on the new opportunities that will be afforded to investors. The challenge also lies in the contribution to the attractiveness of the new parks.

It is within this framework that our website rubrics will be reshaped and will particularly focus on the development of the new industrial parks.
