Trade missions

  • The agency can carry out a mission of management, development, intermediation and regulation of land and real estate within the private domain of the State located in industrial zones, activity zones or any space intended for the economic activity ;
  • The agency can also carry out land and real estate intermediation mission on behalf of any owner;
  • The agency can act as a land and real estate developer and, as such, it is empowered to develop lands for the realization of industrial zones, activity zones and any other space intended for economic activity; to realize real estate for industrial, commercial, craft and office use;
  • It is also empowered to ensure, directly or indirectly, the management of the aforementioned zones and spaces;
  • To take holdings and conclude any form of partnership, related to its field of activity;
  • The agency can be entrusted with the mission of delegated project owner for the development of industrial zones, activity zones or spaces intended for economic activity.


Public service requirements missions

  • The establishment of a data bank of the national land and real estate offer intended for economic activity;
  • The promotion of the national land and real estate offer intended for economic activity to investors;
  • The observation of the land market and real estate intended for economic activity;
  • The development and publication of periodic lists of prices of land intended for economic activity and industrial real estate;
  • The development and publication of periodic economic conjuncture notes relating to market trends in land and real estate intended for economic activity;
  • Estimation of national demand for land and real estate intended for economic activity;
  • Regulation of the land and real estate market intended for economic activity;
  • The development and dissemination of any study relating to land and real estate intended for economic activity;
  • The setting up and updating of information systems relating to industrial zones, activity zones and any space intended for economic activity;
  • The implementation of any program of realization of industrial zones and activity zones on behalf of the State.
