The Intermediation and Land Regulation National Agency was created by the executive decree No. 07-119 dated on April 23rd, 2007, amended and supplemented by the executive decree No. 12-126 dated on March 19th, 2012.

The legal form: A Public Establishment of an Industrial and Commercial Character

The supervision:The Ministry of Industry.

The territorial coverage: 10 Regional Directorates covering the entire national territory.

1 / The Board of Directors: statutory body whose mission is to decide, guide and control all the functions of ANIREF.

The members of the board of directors are appointed by order of the Minister of Industry, on the proposal of the authorities they report to, for a three (3) - year renewable term.

The board of directors consists of 11 members representing the following government members:

The representative of the Minister of Industry: President
A representative of the Minister responsible for local communities
A representative of the Minister in charge of finance - DG of Treasury
A representative of the Minister in charge of finance - DG of Domains
A representative of the Minister responsible for town planning
A representative of the Minister in charge of tourism and crafts
A representative of the Minister in charge of transport
A representative of the Minister responsible for energy
A representative of the Minister in charge of agriculture
A representative of the Minister responsible for trade
A representative of the Minister responsible for territory development and the environment


2 / Executive Management: strategic steering mission of the activities and projects of the agency.

3 / Regional directorates: operational management missions of the agency's activities at the local level.
